Job Details:
Experienced Pharmacy Technician required to join the hospital team in South West London. The role will be based on the wards, supporting medication management and patient safety.
Key Duties:
Work closely with hospital ward teams to ensure effective medication management.
Dispense medications accurately and deliver to the appropriate departments.
Provide advice to healthcare professionals on the safe use of medicines.
Support clinical pharmacy staff in patient care and medication reviews.
Skills/Experience:
Qualified and experienced Pharmacy Technician.
Previous NHS or hospital ward-based experience desirable.
Strong knowledge of medication safety and inventory processes.
