Provide occupational therapy support for adult patients across the service.
Cover existing vacancies to ensure continuity of care.
Assess, plan, and implement patient-centred interventions to support independence and rehabilitation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe discharge and ongoing care.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with trust policies.
Locum position with negotiable salary, ongoing contract, Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30.
