Provide urgent community response as an Occupational Therapist/Physiotherapist across Preston, Chorley, and South Ribble.
Conduct mobility assessments, moving and handling, and provide equipment including walking aids, hoists, profiling beds, and commodes.
Manage a varied caseload of adults and older adults with frailty, acute medical conditions, and vulnerable patients, including those who lack capacity.
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, providing clinical support and delegating appropriate tasks to Band 4 staff.
Prioritise caseload, manage complex situations, and communicate clinical reasoning effectively to patients and professionals using electronic clinical systems.
Locum role with negotiable salary; full-time or part-time hours Monday to Friday 08:00–20:00, with flexibility for long days and possible weekends.
