Experience running group sessions
Experience in Falls Prevention and frailty
Experience working with support staff and delegating tasks accordingly
Experience managing complex caseload.
Experience working as part of an MDT.
Experience working in the community as a lone worker Managing own clinical caseload across all MIS Pathways (Falls prevention, Frailty and Domiciliary Physiotherapy).
