Job Title: Specialist Speech and Language Therapist – Band 6 Area: Shropshire NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract Length: Ongoing Job details: Speech and Language Therapist required for Rehab Centre. The service ideally requires someone to work from their base in Shrewsbury, but they will potentially need to be a car driver with access to a car so that they can perform domiciliary visits across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin. JD available on request: To provide a high standard of Speech and Language Therapy assessment and intervention to clients with complex needs within Shropshire in the context of a multidisciplinary team in a multi-agency environment. The role is to work with people with an acquired or progressive neurological condition, in community-based settings and in their homes. To undertake cross discipline case management and development work with a specific client group within the multidisciplinary team as a whole. Working hours: 37.5 Hours per week.
