At a Highly Specialist level to assess, develop, treat and discharge adult clients referred with communication and swallowing difficulties within the Domiciliary Community and Croydon University Hospital Departments. The main focus of this post is to serve patients who need to be seen in their home setting.
To work as a member of the team, to provide an efficient, effective and co-ordinated Speech and Language Therapy Service.
