To provide advanced Occupational Therapy assessment and treatment to patients and provide specialist advice and support to other professionals regarding the management of these patients throughout the Trust. Discharge planning experience. Recent acute inpatient ward experience. HCPC Registration. Working hours: Full time. 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 08.30 -16.30. 30 mins unpaid break.
