Job Title: Respiratory Occupational Therapist – Band 7 Location:Chelsea and Westminster – West Middlesex Hospital Area: London NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: Occupational Therapist required to start asap to cover vacancy, for 3 months. Experienced and energetic individual required to work within the Respiratory Medicine services. The role will work between the ICU, respiratory, cardiology, enhanced care and surgical wards. The role will require strong discharge planning skills, the ability to work autonomously under pressure, and manage complex rehab of patients from a post ICU step down. There will be an expectation to work flexibly between the area. The role would suit an OT with interest and experience within these areas or at least acute medicine. Essential criteria: HCPC registration. Acute Healthcare inpatient experience. Respiratory/Surgical/Cardiology /Neuro/neuro rehab. Discharge planning. Desirable criteria:
