Job Overview:
Wye Valley NHS Trust are seeking a part-time Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist to support patients across Bromyard and Cradley. This role involves working within community services, providing holistic OT assessments and interventions to help patients maintain independence and quality of life in their own homes.
Key Details:
Hours: 0.6 WTE (part-time), weekdays only
Working pattern: 08:30 – 16:30, flexible shifts depending on locum availability
Travel: Use of own car required
Requirements:
HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
Previous experience in community settings preferred
Strong assessment, planning, and intervention skills
Ability to work independently and manage own caseload
