Working Hours: 08:00 – 16:00; Full-time and Part-time (3 days/week)

Role Overview:

Community-based OT roles in Intermediate Care – Community Therapy and Rehab.
Manage complex moving and handling cases.
Office-based with travel required; car essential.

Skills & Experience:

HCPC-registered OT.
NHS and community rehab experience.
Experience with complex moving and handling.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
