Job Title: Associate Director of Therapy Services Area: Kent NHS Salary: £negotiable Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job details: JD available on request: The Associate Director of Therapy services will work as part of the wider leadership team within Diagnostic, Cancer & Buckland Care Group & hold strategic, operational & professional responsibility for the Physiotherapists Occupational Therapists, Dietitians & Speech and Language Therapists within the care group. In addition they will be the professional figurehead for other AHP groups within the care group such as Podiatrists & Orthotists. The post holder will build on the current processes for monitoring, analysing & managing complex situations to ensure a robust and effective management of capacity is achieved across the three main hospital sites. They will formulate action plans & lead changes to ensure both trust & national performance targets are achieved & maintained. Skills/experience: • Qualified Allied Health Professional • Visible leader, working across all trust sites • Proficient in utilising technology for remote patient monitoring. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to take on leadership responsibilities when required.
