Job Title: Reablement Occupational Therapist Area: East London Social Services Salary: £35/36 Job Type: Locum Contract length: Ongoing Job Details: Reablement Occupational Therapist (Training role). Must be a qualified OT HCPC registered. Key responsibilities: To create and deliver Reablement training to upskill new team members, with limited Reablement experience, working closely with the OT PM and Reablement Team Manager. Direct supervision and approval of Reablement goal plans and Care Act assessments of approx. 1-2 staff (Reablement officers), supervision, system approvals, case discussions /problem solving as required, legislative guidance, joint visits as required to support on-the-job training and measure competencies. Must have robust Reablement experience. Must be able to travel into and work in Newham x3 days per week. The team is performing well and there is a period of transition from January to July 2025 as the team expands capacity. System used is Azeus Care. Working hours: 36 hours per week.
