Provide occupational therapy assessment and specialist rehabilitation for people following a stroke.
Work within a busy community-based stroke service across Bristol, North Somerset, and South Gloucestershire.
Deliver patient-centred interventions to support recovery, functional independence, and quality of life.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and effective discharge planning.
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in line with professional standards.
Locum Band 6 position, ongoing contract, negotiable salary, Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00.
