Deliver occupational therapy services within the Short-Term Support Service (STSS) to promote independence and wellbeing.
Assess, recommend, and provide equipment, adaptations, and specialist seating to support clients’ daily living.
Advise on moving and handling with a focus on proportionate care.
Work creatively and empathetically to help clients achieve personal goals and live as independently as possible.
Contribute to innovative, strength-based social care practices in line with the “Living Better Lives” vision.
Permanent position with ongoing contract, negotiable salary, based within Lancashire County Council.
