Job Details:
Occupational Therapist required to start ASAP for community-based work. The role involves:
Assessing complex equipment and adaptations.
Working with patients with neurological diagnoses.
Liaising with the council adaptations team for major adaptations referrals and joint visits.
Working with clients in their own homes, supporting families and carers.
Car driver essential; this role covers the whole borough.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
