Dynamic and motivated Occupational Therapist required to work as part of the Admission Avoidance, Stay Well @ Home Team. The service operates across 7 days, with weekend working being a requirement. The team also operates on a shift pattern basis (x3 12 hour shifts per week) working hours between 07:30 – 20:00.
