Job details:  Adults. Flexible working is an option, min 2 days a week in the office. Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration. Experience in equipment provision, moving and handling, major adaptations (DFGs) and safeguarding.
Working with adults and older people in the community. Duty/triage work, case holding for cases involving Moving & Handling, equipment provision & adaptations. Safeguarding enquiries where related to equipment/manual handling
Car driver essential. The Locality team comprises of a Team manager, Assistant Team Managers, Occupational Therapists, Social workers and are supported by unqualified staff and admin support. Working hours: 36 hours per week. Part-time hours will be considered.
