Job details:  To cover vacancy. Community Neuro Rehab. Specialist Neuro Occupational Therapist required. They will need current experience of providing occupational therapy planning, assessment and rehabilitation in the community for adults with complex long term neurological conditions. This includes people with MS, MND, Parkinson’s, stroke, FND and other neurological conditions. Must be able to undertake skilled and specialist assessments to formulate individualised management and treatment plans using evidence based clinical reasoning skills and utilising a wide range of treatment skills and options.  Candidates will need to have a car as they will be visiting patients in their own homes and at clinic locations. Working hours: 09.00 – 17.00. 3 days a week ideally Mon/Tue/Wed but can be flexible.
