Job details:  To start asap. Community based. Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist required to work in the Urgent Care Response Team covering the areas of Preston, Chorley, South Ribble. The work requires therapy interventions and appropriate provision of equipment to keep patients safely out of hospital. The team is fully support by Advanced Clinical Practitioners with close liaison with GPS and the Acute Trust. Working hours: 7 day working. 8am – 8pm. Rota basis hours to be discussed.
