Job details:  Experienced Occupational Therapist required to support the Home First Team until the end of the financial year. The position will be based within the Home First Team to support and facilitate hospital discharge, across both acute and community hospitals. The acute hospitals are located in Bournemouth, Poole and Dorchester with community hospitals in various locations across the county. The role will require undertaking visits within the hospitals and the community and a successful must be able to respond flexibly to service demands.  The post will be managed by an OT manager and working alongside other OTs within the team.
