Job details:  Community OT (community rehab) required.  Community rehab, long term condition management, complex moving and handling, equipment prescription, posture management, home and environment assessments, vocational and cognitive management, seating, fatigue and anxiety management Skills/experience: NHS experience in community OT with older adults. Car driver to work across North East Hampshire with business insurance. Must have recent community experience. Working hours: Flexible but ideally Full time. Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm/9am-5pm.
