Job details:  In-reach Team Clinician – Senior Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist. On site working.
1. Qualified and state registered Nurse, Occupational therapist, or Physiotherapist with at least 3 years of post-graduate experience working within an NHS setting.
2. Competent with use of IT/emails/MST
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment often under time pressures
Ideally covering a 7-day rota but would accept Monday to Friday. System1. Working hours: 08.00 – 16.00.
