Job details:  Community OT (community rehab). Work to be Performed: Community rehab, long term condition management, complex moving and handling, equipment prescription, posture management, home and environment assessments, vocational and cognitive management, seating, fatigue and anxiety management. Skills/experience: NHS experience in community OT with older adults. Must have recent community experience. Car driver to work across North East Hampshire with business insurance. Accommodation available. Working hours: Flexible, but ideally full time. Monday to Friday, 8am-4pm/9am-5pm.
