Job details:  CTPLD Team (Learning Disability Service) Kett-Corby. Physiotherapist required to create and deliver treatment plans and assessments for service users within community settings. The position covers NHFT countywide geography. There will lone working and joint visits once training has been completed. Prior experience with patients with Learning Disabilities experience is preferred. Smartcard & current or recent SytmOne knowledge of SystmOne. Own transport. NO remote working. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00. Part time considered, 3 days per week minimum.
