To manage a caseload of patients with complex respiratory needs, using evidence based practice and patient centred goals to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions
To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as an autonomous practitioner with access to advice and support from senior colleagues
To participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) working and provide specialist advice, support and education to clinicians
To work within our Pulmonary rehabilitation service, delivering and managing care whilst working towards accreditation standards.
Working hours: Full time. Will consider Part time. Monday – Friday, shifts are a combination of 8-4’s and 10-6’s Code: U.C617.013011.B10520
