Job details:  Community Neuro Therapy Services. Car driver & car that can use for this post. The candidate must have good experience working with patients with neurological conditions including stroke, head injury, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis & progressive conditions. 
• The candidate will need experience in rehabilitation and the management of long term conditions.

• MDT working
• Ability to complete the required number of community visits around the borough of Sutton, South West London   Seeing patients with a Sutton GP, both in their own home, care homes & in the community as required
Assessment & treatment / intervention of patients with Neurological conditions in the community setting.
Working hours: 5 days a week Mon- Fri; excluding bank holidays, 7.5 hours a day with 30 min unpaid lunch 37.5 hours per week, typically 08.30-16.30

Job Title:  Highly Specialist Speech and Language Therapist – Band 7

Job details:  Assessment and treatment of babies and children with communication and swallowing difficulties in an acute setting. Ideally also VFSS clinics. Neonatal experience, ideally. There will be support from the St George’s paediatric SLT team and working there 1 day a week to ensure connections with a wider SALT team. The candidate will receive support from the head of SLT, but can also be linked with the London neonatal peer support group and have clinical support from the community paediatric lead. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week.
