Job details:  Worked as an FCP in primary care for at least 1 year, stage 1 and 2 of FCP roadmap to practice signed off. To be able to assess and triage patients with MSK issues and refer to other services and signpost appropriately. To link in with GPs and other practice staff regarding patient matters. Working hours: 2 days a week (15 hours).
