Job details:  Community Rehab Team. Postholder will work in the community setting (patient’s homes) and/ or outpatient settings (community Hospital) as part of a team of OTs. PTs and therapy assistants. There is a mixed caseload or focus on either: elderly rehab and orthopaedic rehab OR /AND neuro condition rehab or symptom management e.g. Parkinson’s, Stroke etc. Postholder will need excellent assessment and treatment skills, considerable experience treating the cohorts mentioned above, excellent communication skills and organisation skills. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 09.00 – 17.00. Can offer part time.
