Job details:  Ward Therapy (Community). Senior Physiotherapist – undertaking community inpatient rehab. Initial assessments, mobility/transfers, attend handover and MDT, joint working OTs and Techs/Assistants, collaborative working with MDT, discharge planning, rehab, strength and power, function, prescribing exercise programme, delegation to Techs/Assistants, oversight of delegated caseload.
Working hours: 08.00 – 16.00.
