Job details: Intermediate care team rehabilitation pathway 1 and P2. To start asap. Possession of a car and a valid UK driving licence are essential. Able to use SystmOne pt record, tasking and IT efficient. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday, 08.00 – 16.00 or 09.00 – 17.00.
