Job details: To start asap. Community Rehab and Falls Team. Specialist assessment and treatment of adults and older adults in a community setting. HCPC registration as occupational therapist, experience of community working, range of conditions affecting older people including falls, good written and verbal communication, good IT skills, able to travel across sites. Experience with Epic. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 – 16.30.
