Job details:  Supporting rotation OTs with less experience (non-supervision). 3 years minimum experience.
Reablement unit, people who have been discharged from Hospital, discharge planning, dealing with families, home visits, equipment ordering, assessments, short term care packages. Car Driver required. Looking for band 6 or higher candidates. Office based 3-4 days – write-up can be WFH. Working hours: hours are flexible – could start aware between 7am and finish late – dependent candidate needs. Part time hours considered.
