Job details: Occupational Therapist required for the Rehousing Team. The team requires an Occupational Therapist with housing adaptations experience to assess individuals in their own homes and support rehousing outcomes.

- Assess people in their own homes for housing adaptations
- Match applicants to available adapted properties
- Undertake property viewings with applicants
- Provide advice, planning and support to ensure access to suitable housing
- Manage and be accountable for a caseload to secure positive rehousing outcomes
- Visit children and adults at home to complete medical assessments for rehousing priority
- Complete reports and provide high-quality advice on rehousing options
- Manage and resolve complex housing cases
- Work collaboratively using joined-up approaches across services
Working arrangement: Hybrid working with a minimum of 2 office-based days per week and travel across the borough on other days
Working hours: Full time – 35 hours per week. Part time considered – minimum 28 hours per week over 4 days
