The post holder will need to provide quality care for a group of patients, specialising in rehabilitation and sub-acute care for patients stepping down from acute hospitals and patients stepping up from the community to avoid acute hospital admission in a physical health inpatient unit. The postholder will supervise Support Practitioners and Volunteers. Will provide clinical teaching of SLT students and will participate in the development and delivery of specialist SLT training to others. The post requires significant inter-agency liaison.

Working hours: 4 days between Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 16.30.
