Job details:  To undertake home visits across Bromley Borough and Clinic appointments. Ideally, a car driver is required with access to their own car however non-drivers may be considered. To start asap for 4 months. Community work for ASLT team – holding an independent caseload of clients with swallowing and communication problems. Must be independent in managing swallowing/dysphagia. Patients will be seen in their own home (private or care home) and in outpatient clinics. Skills/experience: Qualified SLT with 3 years’ experience. Experience of working in the community. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 16.30 or 09.00 – 17.00. Will consider part-time candidates
